Yes — before your placement starts, we put a simple service agreement in place between your company and Vogent Labs, covering scope, confidentiality, and terms. It's part of onboarding, not something you need to chase down separately.

Yes — many clients start with one assistant and add roles as needs grow. Premium clients get priority access when scaling up.
You'll get a simple invoice in USD once we've agreed on scope. Payment is by standard US bank transfer or card — no PayPal account required, and no international wire needed for regular payments.
Placements are billed monthly, not hourly — a flat rate per dedicated team member based on their commitment level. Full-time starts from $1,600/month, part-time from $400/month, for general VA and administrative roles. Specialized roles — GoHighLevel Automation, SEO, Performance Marketing, WordPress Development, and similar — are priced above that baseline, based on the skill level required. No long-term contract is required, and you can cancel with two weeks' notice.
Yes — both options are available. If a placement becomes core to your team, we can arrange a direct-hire transition or a buyout, rather than requiring you to stay on the staffing arrangement indefinitely. Terms depend on how long the placement has been active — ask us when you're ready to discuss it.
